Terms and Conditions - Diamond Rewards Scheme

  1. The Promoter is EUI Limited (trading as Diamond) of Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH. The Administrator is iCom Works Limited of 8 Ash Tree Court, Woodsy Close, Cardiff Gate Business Park, Cardiff CF23 8RW.
  2. This card may be used only by the policyholder to whom it is given.
  3. This card may only be used at participating retailers as shown below or as otherwise updated from time to time on www.diamondrewards.co.uk:
    a. Arch Angels - 20% discount
    b. Headmasters - 25% discount
    c. Rush Hair and Beauty - 25% discount
    d. Nails Inc - 20% discount
  4. This card remains the property of EUI Limited (trading as Diamond) who reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time.
  5. To qualify for discount present the card at of purchase or as otherwise instructed by the participating retailers.
  6. The card is ready to use and does not need to be activated.

  8. The card is not a debit or credit card and is valid only at participating retail outlets and venues.
  9. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative award and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. This offer may be withdrawn at any time prior to the promotion end date at the Promoter's sole discretion without any notice being given to the policyholder.
  11. The Promoter accepts no liability for any disruptions to or cancellations of the offer or any failure of the participating retailers. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.
  12. Photocopies or defaced cards will not be accepted.
  13. The terms of this card are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  14. This card is valid for the duration of the Diamond motor insurance policy in respect of which it was provided.
