1. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 17 years or over.
2. The Promoter is EUI Limited (trading as Diamond) whose registered address is Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH (the "Promoter").
3. Employees of the Admiral Group of companies, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not permitted to enter.
4. By entering this prize draw participants are deemed to accept and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize details:
   
   • There are FIVE prizes in total:
   • There will be five winners; each will receive a 3-night stay in a 2 bedroom Caldey Lodge on a self catering basis at Bluestone National Park Resort available between Friday 29th January 2016 and Monday 1st February 2016.    • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. This applies to the Prize as whole or certain elements of it. The Prize (or alternative prize) must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.
6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the prizes unless these are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
7. This is a prize draw that will be run through the Diamond Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and email.
8. To enter the prize draw, the participant must either:-
   • Follow @DiamondForGirls on Twitter and tag the people you'd love a weekend break with and include the hashtag #DiamondWeekends; or
   • Visit the Diamond Facebook page and tag the people you'd love a weekend break with underneath the competition posts; or
   • Follow Diamond on Instagram, repost the competition post and tag the people you'd love a weekend break with and include the hashtag #DiamondWeekends
   • Email competitions@diamond.uk.com and tell us the people you'd love a weekend break in the email. Put the competition hashtag #DiamondWeekends in the subject line
9. No purchase is necessary.
10. Participants will require access to the internet to enter the prize draw. The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any participant entering the prize draw.
11. Entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received for whatever reason and/or are not in accordance with the Promoter's instructions may not be entered into the prize draw.
12. While participants can tag more than one person on one or more social media sites or tag the same person on more than one social media site, participants will only be entered once into the prize draw.
13. By posting on the Promoter's social media sites, the participant is giving permission for the post to be used on the diamond.co.uk website and the Diamond Twitter, Instagram & Facebook pages.
14. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the content of the post(s).
15. The prize draw opens at 9am on Monday 2nd November 2015 and closes at 9am on Monday 16th November 2015 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
16. Five winners will be chosen at random by name, rather than by entry, by a computer process that produces verifiable random results.
17. Upon entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have given express permission to allow the Promoter to contact them if they win via a direct message on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. All personal data will be deleted after 12 months.
18. The Promoter will contact the winners of the prize draw between 16th November and 30th November 2015. The Promoter will not notify any participants who do not win a prize.
19. Winner's notification will be deemed to have been received on the day that the winners are sent a direct message to their Twitter, Facebook or Instagram account by the Promoter.
20. The winners will then be required to contact the Promoter by sending an email to the email address provided by the Promoter or by sending a direct message on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram within 28 days of receipt of notification to claim their prize (the "28 Day Period").
21. If no response is received from a winner, one further attempt will be made to contact the winner by the same communication method within the 28 Day Period. However, if a prize is not claimed within the 28 Day Period then the Promoter will randomly select an alternative winner.
22. Upon posting or tweeting, participants are deemed to have provided their consent, to the Promoter, for the Promoter to post their name on the Promoter's websites and/or other social media platforms should they win a prize. Winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the prize draw and consent to their names, regions and entries being used for these purposes by the Promoter.
23. Participants can request the winners' names and county of residence any time after 30th November 2015 and before 24th December 2015 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Marketing Department, Diamond Insurance, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff, CF10 2EH.
24. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw.
25. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
