Win a pair of Tom Ford Matteo sunglasses in brown

1. Entry is open to all UK, [Isle of Man and Channel Islands] residents who are aged 17 years or over.
2. The Promoter is EUI Limited, Capital Tower, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AZ (the "Promoter").
3. Employees of the Admiral Group of companies, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter.
4. By entering this promotion participants are deemed to accept and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize details: There is one prize of Tom Ford Matteo sunglasses in Shiny Brown.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute [the prize / any of the prizes] for a prize of equal or greater value. This applies to the prize[s] as a whole or certain elements of it. The prize[s] must be accepted as offered and there is no cash alternative.
7. To enter the promotion, participants should watch the video and answer the question and entry form that appears on the webpage. Participants will be required to provide name, address, postcode, date of birth and email address.
8. The promotion opens on Monday 3rd June 2013 at 8am and closes on Monday 1 July 2013 at 5pm. Entries received before the opening date or after the closing date will not be accepted.
9. The winner will be selected at random from all of the valid entries after the closing date.
10. There will be one winner of the prize.
11. The Promoter will notify the winner by email, using the email address provided on the entry form, within 7 days of the closing date. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner but if the prize is not claimed within 21 days of the Promoter first notifying the winner then the Promoter shall have the option to select an alternative winner.
12. No purchase is necessary.
13. Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional entries will not be considered or responded to.
14. Entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received for whatever reason or not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter shall not be liable for any technical or computer failures of any kind that limit or prevent any participant from entering the prize draw.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the prize[s] unless these are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
16. The winner[s] may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the promotion and consent to their name[s], region[s] and entries being used for these purposes by the Promoter.
17. Participants can request the winner's[s'] name[s] and county[ies] of residence any time after the closing date and before Friday 2 July 2013 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Diamond Tom Ford Sunglasses promotion, Communications Department, Capital Tower, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff CF10 3AZ.
18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the promotion.
19. These terms and conditions are to be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
