549 2900 as soon as possible. You will be provided
with a claim number which you need to complete the claim
form below. Lines are open weekdays 8am to 8pm, weekends
10am to 4pm. Calls charged at national rate. |

Once
you've reported your claim over the phone and received
your claim number, you need to complete a claim form. You
can choose to complete the form online or download a printable
PDF claim form and return it to us in the post. |
