Fire or theft claim

You should contact us to register your claim on 0844 543 4420 as soon as possible. You will be provided with a claim number which you need to complete the claim form below. Lines are open weekdays 8am to 8pm, weekends 10am to 4pm. Calls charged at national rate.

Calls to 0844 numbers will be charged at 5p per minute from BT Landlines. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.

Once you've reported your claim over the phone and received your claim number, you need to complete a claim form. You can choose to complete the form online or download a printable PDF claim form and return it to us in the post.
