What is Diamond Garage Network?

Diamond Garage Network is part of a centrally controlled network of garages in the UK and Northern Ireland. Whenever your car needs a service, MOT or a repair, contact Diamond Garage Network who will deal with all aspects of the service for you, from getting a quote, to booking a date and even arranging collection and delivery of your car with the garage.

You may never have to deal with a garage again! Garages are constantly monitored and have to work hard to maintain their position in the network, so you can be reassured you’ll get a good standard of service and fair prices.

How do I arrange a service/MOT/Repairs?

Go to www.diamondbestfriendsgaragenetwork.co.uk or call 0844 770 4291 to make the most of your membership. You will be booked into a local garage and any questions you may have about the service will be answered.

Calls to 0844 numbers will be charged at 5p per minute from BT Landlines. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.

Who do I pay for the repair work?

You pay Diamond Garage Network for the work and they pass on your payment to the garage. This helps maintain consistent and fair pricing, making sure you’re not paying too much, or for work which is not necessary.

How do I pay?

Diamond Garage Network will take your credit or debit card details when you phone them to book your vehicle in. However, no money will be deducted from your card until the work has been completed.

What happens if the quote changes?

Diamond Garage Network will contact you directly with details of any changes to your quote, prior to any additional work being carried out. You can then decide whether you want to approve the extra work or not. If you decide not to proceed, you’ll only be charged for the work which was originally agreed.
