Why it's best to come directly to Diamond if you have an accident
We know that having an accident can be traumatic, not only do you feel shaken up, but your car is damaged and could be undriveable. What is the first thing you should do after an accident? Well, after exchanging details with anyone else involved, you should always phone us first.

If your car is undriveable, we can get one of our approved repairers to pick up your car and assess the damage. That way we should be able to get repairs started quickly, or if the car is not repairable, make you an offer for your car.
If the accident wasn't your fault, your Motor Legal Protection Insurance may be able to help. This cover helps you recover any uninsured losses you suffer as a result of the accident, such as out of pocket expenses. To claim there must be a reasonable chance of success.
As well as appointing a solicitor to handle your claim for your losses, if necessary we can also deal with any injuries to you or one of your passengers. Unlike some solicitors, who can deduct up to 25% from any damages you receive, by using one of ours, you will receive 100% of your settlement.
