Call the Diamond claims line on 0333 220 2037 (Call fees | Opening hours) immediately after an insured incident. Once we confirm that your car has been written off, you'll be able to choose whether you'd prefer the hire car or the £250. If you choose the hire car, Diamond will advise Auxillis Limited, who administer the Hire Car cover on your behalf, who will then contact you to arrange a convenient time and place to deliver your hire car. Auxillis Services Limited, who provides the hire car, will then deliver your vehicle. Or if you choose the £250 we'll arrange for this to be paid to you.
