"As a rule, try to always workout first thing
on empty. Keep a bottle of flat water with you, keep well hydrated and
work through the workout without breaks for best effect. The more you
sweat the better."
"Think mindfully always. ie: when working on a particular
body part, put your brain in your butt. But, in the spirit of no-excuses,
if you cannot work out first thing then make sure you do it at some other
time of the day. No excuses."
